Every time I eat at Oak I leave much happier than I came. The casual yet elegant atmosphere, the seasonal menu, and the delicious cocktails all add to the incredible dining experience that Oak offers.

To drink, I ordered the East Aspen Heights (pictured above) and it is by far the best cocktail that I have ever had. The blackberry and honey provided a unique flavor to this gin drink that I will order every time I go back to Oak. To eat we started with the Summer Farmer’s Market Salad (pictured below) which was just as tasty as it was beautiful. The peaches complemented the tomatoes and cheese perfectly and I was left wanting more.

For the main course, I had the Spinach and Sweet Corn Ravioli (pictured below) which was amazing, as expected. The creaminess of the sauce and the freshness of the ingredients created a taste and texture combination that could not be replicated at any other restaurant. After the main course we were pretty full, but our server convinced us to order dessert so we ordered Peaches ‘n Cream (pictured below the ravioli) which was a delightful way to finish off a perfect dinner.
